App — the EduCoin mobile app (iOS and Android) and its server side.
Service — granting the User the right to use the App and, within the chosen plan, Premium features. The service is provided remotely over the internet; no physical goods are delivered.
Premium — the set of paid App features (clause 4.2).
Plan — a Premium option with a set period and price. Current plans are listed in Annex 1.
Coin — an in-app reward unit. It is not money, e-money, cryptocurrency or a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties and has no value outside the App.
4.1. The Provider grants the User the right to use the App; if Premium is chosen, the User pays its set price.
4.2. Free: one child, up to two active rewards, photo or text proof, today’s tasks and the core features. Premium adds: two or more children, voice proof, completing tasks of past days, unlimited rewards. The exact contents of each plan are shown on the Premium page in the App.
4.3. Premium may also be granted with a promo code; its conditions are set by whoever issued it.
4.4. The Provider does not transfer ownership of the App — the User gets only the right of use. Rights to the code, design, the “EduCoin” name and mark and other intellectual property remain with the Provider.
4.5. The User may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify the App’s code or provide it to third parties.
5.1. The Provider shall:
5.2. The Provider may:
5.3. The User shall:
5.4. Plan changes. The Provider may change the plans. A new price applies only to payments made after the change — the price and period already paid do not change.
6.1. The Premium price is set by the chosen plan (Annex 1). Prices are in Uzbek soum, VAT not applied (0%).
6.2. Payment is made in advance from the Premium page in the App through the Payme payment system (bank cards).
6.3. Payment security. Payment is made on Payme’s protected page. The card number, expiry date and CVV never reach the Provider’s servers and are not stored by the Provider, which receives only the confirmation of a successful payment, the amount, date and transaction number. Payme rules apply to the transaction.
6.4. After payment, Payme provides an electronic receipt. A payment is considered made once Payme confirms it.
6.5. An order may be paid in several payments; the App then shows the paid and remaining amount, and Premium opens once the full amount has been received.
6.6. Service period. Premium is activated immediately after payment confirmation, or within 1 (one) business day in case of a technical delay, and runs without interruption for the plan period. If payment was made but Premium was not activated within this period, the User is entitled to a full refund under section 7.
6.7. When the plan period ends, nothing is charged automatically and Premium does not renew itself — renewing requires a new payment.
7.1. Refunds are made in the following cases:
| Case | Refund |
|---|---|
| Erroneous or duplicate payment (paid twice for the same period, wrong amount) | 100% |
| Payment made, but Premium not activated within the period in clause 6.6 | 100% |
| The App did not work for more than 24 hours in a row through the Provider’s fault | Pro rata for the days of downtime (at the User’s choice — refund or Premium extension) |
| The User gave up Premium on their own initiative | Pro rata for the unused days of the paid period |
| Service suspended because the User seriously breached the offer | No refund |
7.2. How to apply. The User sends a request in free form through the «Help» section of the App or to info@educoin.uz, stating: the account phone number, payment date and amount, transaction number (from the Payme receipt) and the reason for the refund.
7.3. The Provider reviews the request within 10 (ten) business days and replies with the result. If approved, the money is returned within 10 (ten) banking days.
7.4. Money is returned by the same method — to the card used to pay through Payme.
7.5. Bank or payment system fees related to a refund may be withheld from the User if the refund is not caused by the Provider’s fault.
7.6. The pro rata amount is: (amount paid ÷ days in the period) × unused days, counted from the day the request is received.
7.7. When money is refunded, the corresponding Premium period is cancelled from that day.
7.8. Coins, bonuses, promo codes and Premium granted at a discount cannot be exchanged for money and are not refunded.
8.1. The agreement takes effect on acceptance and remains in force until the User’s account is deleted. Premium is granted for the chosen plan period.
8.2. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the account in the App’s Settings. Money for a paid but unused Premium period is refunded on request under section 7.
8.3. A deleted account can be restored within 30 days by contacting support.
9.1. How the data of the User and their child is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2. The User enters the child’s data into the App as the child’s legal guardian.
9.3. The Provider does not sell the User’s data or use it for advertising.
9.4. The Provider may use aggregated, non-identifiable statistics to improve the App.
9.5. Personal data is stored and processed on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.1. The parties are liable under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.2. The Provider is not liable for:
10.3. The Provider’s liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid for Premium over the last 3 (three) months.
10.4. Coins. The User alone sets the rewards and the terms of exchanging coins for them; the obligation to give the child a reward lies entirely with the User.
The parties are not liable for failure to perform due to natural disasters, military action, decisions of state bodies, general internet outages and other unforeseeable circumstances.
12.1. Disputes are first settled by negotiation. A claim is reviewed within 15 business days.
12.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12.3. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
13.1. The Provider may amend this offer. A new version takes effect when published at kidopath.uz/oferta; continuing to use the App after a change means accepting the new version.
13.2. Messages sent by email or through the App are considered written notices.
13.3. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
